Delivery Information

Deliveries are processed once the customer has placed an official order and has paid the required amount in full. Delivery times are subject to variation in the result of extraordinary events and occurrences. HITMVN Fine jewels and luxury items is not held liable for any late deliveries as a result of delays via third party services. HITMVN fine jewels and luxury items processes all deliveries within 3-5 working days under normal circumstances.

Returns are processed at the cost and time of the customer unless otherwise agreed to by HITMVN fine jewels and luxury items.


Product availability:

Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence HITMVN will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule.


Delivery Policy:

When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. Undeliverable packages:

Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment at cost to customer.


Order processing:

Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment and may take up to 3 working days.

Pricing and Structure:

Your order will be couriered for a flat shipping rate of R99.00 across South Africa. Outlying areas and non-city centres may incur additional charges as well as additional time which will need to be paid before shipment is made.

Once payment has been received in the bank account your goods will be dispatched for delivery, even with proof of payment sent to us we will need to wait for payment to clear into our account.

Pre-Order items should not be paid until payment is requested, should you pay before the time your payment will be held until the stock arrives and then dispatched unless otherwise arranged

Please note if payments are received later than 12:00 daily the goods will only be dispatched at earliest the next day.

Collections are not available unless previously arranged in writing with the Head office and distribution.

Please note that due to a number of fraudulent proof of payments no orders will be dispatched until the money has cleared in our account, we apologise for any inconvenience.




Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for a 15% handling fee. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. The goods must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging within 14 calendar days.


The buyer shall inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the seller within 7 working days of delivery confirming via email if the goods are damaged. If you receive the wrong goods, please do not open them. Inform us immediately.


If the buyer fails to do so the buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods. If the buyer would like to return any goods for any reason at all, the buyer may do so within 7 days of receiving the purchased goods. Goods returned must be in a new and unused condition.


The seller will refund the cost of the goods; however shipping charges are non-refundable, unless it’s a mistake on our side.

Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the goods shall be returned by the buyer to the seller for a replacement after receiving prior confirmation by the seller via e-mail.

If an item is found defective and it is still within the manufacturer warranty period the item will be replaced, unless the warranty has been voided by misuse.

Prior consent from the seller must be approved via e-mail before any goods are shipped back to the seller. All returns are the responsibility of the buyer until the returned goods reach the seller.


Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number of the original purchase on the package. Where returned goods are found to be damaged due to the buyer refunds and warranties will not be applied to goods that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence or not correctly following the instructions supplied with the product

With all purchases we provide 7 day policy where if the product is at fault we will exchange. Refunds are only issued when we have had a chance to resolve the problem with you. If you require a refund then all goods must be returned to us by post and you must take reasonable care to ensure that they are returned in good condition.
